In his motivation theory Maslow argued that man has 5 innate needs. في تقريره الدافع نظرية maslow يقال ان الرجل يحتاج 5 فطريه. These needs can be arranged in a hierarchy as below. وهذه الاحتياجات لا يمكن ترتيبها في تسلسل هرمي كما يلي.
(1) Physiological Needs (1) الاحتياجات الفيزيولوجيه
This are needs for food, shelter, heat, clothing ie basic needs etc. This must be satisfied for a person to survive. هذه هى الاحتياجات من الغذاء والمأوى والتدفءه والملبس اي الحاجات الاساسية وما الى ذلك يجب ان تكون مقتنعه لشخص للبقاء على قيد الحياة.
Safety Needs احتياجات السلامة
This is the freedom from threat, need for security, order and predictability. وهذا هو التحرر من التهديد ، والحاجة الى الامن والنظام والقدرة على التنبؤ.
(3) Social Needs (3) للاحتياجات الاجتماعية
Most people desire love and affection they want to belong to a community and to feel waned ie they need a sense of belonging. معظم الناس رغبة في الحب والعطف أنهم يريدون الانتماء الى المجتمع والى اي فتر يشعرون انهم في حاجة الى الشعور بالانتماء.
( 4) Esteem Needs (4) تقدير الاحتياجات
This includes needs for recognition, authority and influence over others. ويشمل ذلك الاحتياجات للاعتراف به ، سلطة ونفوذ على حساب البعض الآخر. It also includes needs for appreciation, status, and respect etc. ويشمل ايضا لتقدير الاحتياجات ، ومركز ، واحترام الخ.
(5) Self –Actualization Need: (5) على ضرورة الادراك الذاتي :
This is the fulfillment of personal potential or the desire to become everything that one is capable of becoming. وهذا هو الوفاء الشخصيه المحتملة او الرغبة فى ان تصبح كل واحدة قادرة على ان تصبح هي.
In his motivation theory Maslow put forward certain positions about the motivating power of these needs and how they actually dictate the process by which they are fulfilled. في تقريره الدافع نظرية maslow طرح بعض المواقف عن تحفيز السلطة من هذه الاحتياجات ، وكيف انها في الواقع عملية تملي التي يتم الوفاء بها.
These are: وهذه هي :
A person’s needs can be arranged in a hierarchy اي شخص يمكن ترتيب الاحتياجات في تسلسل هرمي
Each level of need is dominant until satisfied, only then does the next level of need become a motivating factor . كل مستوى من مستويات في حاجة اليه هو المهيمن حتى بالارتياح ، وعندئذ فقط هل الحاجة الى المستوى التالي من ان تصبح عاملا حافزا.
A need which has been satisfied no longer motivates an individual’s behaviour and the need of self actualization can never be satisfied. وهي حاجة لم يتم استيفاء لم يعد الدافع للسلوك الفرد والحاجة الذاتية الادراك لا يمكن ابدا ان تكون راضيه.
In short Maslow suggested that individuals are motivated! by the 5 levels. وباختصار maslow اقترح ان الافراد لديهم الحافز! من 5 مستويات. When the 1 st level is satisfied, the individual will try to satisfy the next level and so on. عندما 1 شارع المستوى عن ارتياحه ، في الفرد وسيحاول لتلبية المستوى التالي وهلم جرا.
Criticism or Problems of Maslow’s Approach: النقد او مشاكل maslow نهج :
Some needs might no exist in certain people. بعض الاحتياجات لا يمكن ان توجد في بعض الناس. What is considered important by one person could be regarded as trivial by another. ما هو هامة من قبل شخص واحد يمكن ان تعتبر تافهه من جانب آخر.
Assuming all the needs are present, they might not be ranked in the order outlined. وبافتراض جميع الاحتياجات الحالية ، وانها قد لا تكون في المرتبة المبينه في النظام. Also Needs can exist simultaneously and horizontally as well as sequentially and vertically. ويلزم ايضا لا يمكن ان تقوم في وقت واحد وكذلك افقيا ورأسيا بالتتابع.
The theory states that individuals will seek to attain higher levels only when lower levels are satisfied. نظرية الافراد والدول التي ستسعى الى تحقيق مستويات اعلى مستويات ادنى الا اذا استوفيت. Many people however are actually conscious of higher needs even though their fundamental, physiological needs have not been met. كثير من الناس ولكن في الحقيقة إدراكا اعلى على الرغم من الاحتياجات الاساسية ، والاحتياجات الفيزيولوجيه لم يتم الوفاء بها.
